The TEL Thesaurus and Dictionary meta-project intends to create an intellectual platform to support the conceptual and theoretical integration of TEL research.

This project is supported by the FP7 Network of Excellence STELLAR and TELEARC (the Technology Enhanced Learning European Advanced Research Consortium).
